Job Description

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for maintaining key department experience and knowledge in various areas such as receiving, production, inventory control, and administration. They will assist in training employees, ensuring SOP adherence, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Cross train in all departments as required
Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Monitor production and resolve problems
Drive Lean culture within the operation
Train new hires and existing team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years warehouse or distribution experience
