Join our team as a Warehouse Lead for the Weekend Shift Inbound role. This position involves overseeing key department functions within the facility, including receiving, production, inventory control, and administration. You will play a crucial role in training employees, ensuring SOP adherence, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Cross train in all departments as required
Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Monitor production and resolve problems

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years warehouse experience
Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate power equipment
