Develop, implement, and administer benefits programs and policies. Identify and recommend improvements, act as benefits subject matter expert, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in developing comprehensive benefit programs. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
