Job Description

Join Walker & Dunlop, a leading provider of capital to the commercial real estate industry, as a Senior Capital Markets Analyst. You will be responsible for financial analysis, material preparation, and market research to support the financing of commercial real estate assets across the country.

Responsibilities

Write, prepare, and assemble Financing and Investment Offering Memorandums
Create and maintain financial models
Review and prepare real estate due diligence items
Perform market research
Coordinate closing process with senior team members
Work Monday to Friday in-office

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate; MS in Real Estate Finance a plus
2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Banking
Experience with underwriting various asset classes
Knowledge of financial modeling and Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
