Job Description

Join our team at Action Behavior Centers as an Entry Level Autism Support Professional. We welcome applicants of all experience levels, from entry-level to seasoned professionals, to apply for our Behavior Therapist role.

Responsibilities

Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential.
Support the development of children in early childhood through engaging therapeutic activities.
Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment, safety, and a fun working experience.
Engage with children through play, movement, and imitation.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders to coordinate activities and advocate for personal needs.

Qualifications

Lift and move with children in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a therapy-conducive environment.
Multitask to balance actions and decisions while assessing prioritization and safety.
Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment.
