Job Description

Join us at Action Behavior Centers as a Behavior Therapist where you'll work hands-on with children with Autism, using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Implement one-on-one ABA therapy based on treatment plans
Engage children in therapeutic activities
Collaborate with team members to optimize treatment
Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications

Ability to lift and move with children
High school diploma or equivalent
Complete RBT certification process within 20 days of employment
