Responsibilities

Provide world-class member experience for all drug screening care needs
Facilitate video and automated drug screening procedures
Support and communicate with members navigating drug screening requirements
Educate members on drug screening options and troubleshoot any barriers
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling member information

Qualifications

Passionate about providing stellar customer service
Strong analytical ability
Healthcare experience preferred
Comfortable working with diverse populations
