Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and launching new accounts for payroll, time and labor, and scheduling services within the UKG Ready environment. Your role involves guiding clients through system setup, training, and optimization to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

Configure and set up payroll, benefits, time and labor, and scheduling modules in UKG Ready.
Transfer and reconcile historical payroll data, ensuring accuracy through balancing audits.
Train clients on UKG Ready functionality, empowering them to manage their own systems.
Develop customized solutions that align with payroll compliance, workflow needs, and system capabilities.
Collaborate across teams to enhance implementation processes and deliver outstanding client service.
Maintain thorough documentation and refine best practices for system configuration.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with UKG Ready (Payroll, Time, and Scheduler modules).
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with non-technical clients and provide a positive experience.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-first mindset.
Self-motivated and independent, yet able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
