Responsibilities

Inspire and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on products and providing excellent sales service
Maintain personal and productivity goals
Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail experience
Confident and comfortable engaging customers
Motivated to achieve great results
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
