Job Description

Soho House is looking for a motivated Sous Chef to positively influence the kitchen team and work closely with the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and managing the Kitchen Department according to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and oversee back of house operation
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards
  • Establish professional relationships with the team
  • Support staff education and training
  • Manage kitchen operations and staff schedules
  • Ensure smooth service and kitchen operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4+ years' experience in similar volume-based business
  • Culinary trained and passionate about food
  • Experienced in managing P&L's and quality control
  • Food Serve Safe certification and sanitation regulations experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
