Job Description

Join Wayfair as a Warehouse Team Lead in Romeoville, IL. We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in managing warehouse operations and ensure smooth activities.

Responsibilities

Lead the receiving department and ensure proper functions
Assign work and maintain a 100% fill rate
Manage inventory and conduct training
Ensure proper tool use and accountability
Record hours and functions accurately
Answer questions in a timely manner
Keep products moving and maintain department cleanliness
Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Experience with WMS system
Leadership and motivational skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate power equipment
2+ years of relevant work experience
Basic English comprehension for safety
