Job Description

Join Wayfair's fast-paced Distribution team as a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee warehouse operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all warehouse functions
Lead the receiving department and ensure correct function
Delegate and assign work to maintain a 100% fill rate
Manage inventory and conduct departmental training
Ensure proper tool use and accountability
Answer questions promptly and maintain department cleanliness

Qualifications

Minimum 90 days tenure at Wayfair
Working understanding of WMS system
Leadership and motivational skills
Physical ability to move products and lead a team
Experience in various warehouse departments
Excellent attendance with 2+ years of experience
