This role offers an opportunity to develop HR skills in various areas and provide critical support during the football season.

Responsibilities

Assist with hiring process for seasonal hires
Send and receive applicant and employee communications
Facilitate pre-employment screenings
Complete Form I-9 verifications
Provide employee support during gameday functions

Qualifications

Passion for HR and employee engagement
Availability to work 28-30 hours per week
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree in progress or received
Excellent communication skills
