Join our team as a Proposal Specialist to play a crucial role in developing and submitting proposals that align with our business objectives. This position requires strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and a keen understanding of process improvement.

Responsibilities

Analyze RFPs to determine suitability for participation.
Evaluate RFP requirements and tailor content for dynamic responses.
Manage cross-functional inputs for consistency and compliance.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
Utilize proposal creation software to design customized proposals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather content effectively.
Maintain a library of proposal templates and past submissions.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with RFP guidelines.

Qualifications

Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
Strong ability to craft persuasive and clear proposals.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
4-6 years of related experience.
Proficiency with proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
