Job Description

Join Four Hands as a Warehouse Lead for the night shift in Buda, TX. Take on a key role in our distribution center overseeing warehouse activities and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise, evaluate, and train night shift employees
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Manage daily work assignments and special projects
Report and troubleshoot nonconforming materials
Identify and process documentation
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Drive efforts to meet warehouse KPIs

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience
4+ years of warehouse or distribution center operations experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
Physically able to maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Willingness to work overtime as needed
