Join Four Hands as a Warehouse Lead for the night shift in Buda, TX. We are a leading home furnishing distributor seeking a dedicated individual to oversee warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise, evaluate, and train night shift employees
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Manage daily work assignments and oversee special projects
Identify and process documentation
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Drive efforts to meet warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience
4+ years of warehouse operations experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
Physically able to maneuver items up to 225 lbs
Willingness to work overtime as needed
