Responsibilities

Establish and achieve store execution standards
Create an inspiring team environment
Offer resources for trust and ownership
Focus on customer experience and product knowledge
Hire, develop, and mentor employees
Maintain inventory and communicate needs
Develop strategies to increase customer base
Conduct training and audits
Ensure policy adherence
Manage costs and scheduling
Execute assigned duties

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of retail experience, with 3 years in management
Coaching, training, and sales experience
Excellent communication and recruitment skills
Strong problem-solving and budget management abilities
Availability for flexible schedule
