Join Black & Veatch Family of Companies as a Field Craft HR Generalist and be part of a diverse team that values talent and perspective. In this role, you will support industrial construction projects, drive the hiring process, and provide staffing services to local hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate applicant process, scheduling interviews, and creating related correspondence
Maintain data in applicant tracking system
Assist with employment related investigations
Conduct orientations and process new hire paperwork
Manage progressive disciplinary process fairly
Develop internal and external relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications

5+ years progressive recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desired
Strong skills in Microsoft suite of products
Ability to travel and work on construction sites in the United States
