Job Description

Join the team at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company as an Inventory Control Assistant responsible for maintaining and reconciling warehouse inventory daily.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inventory count and reconcile variances
Reconcile inventory to SAP system
Identify close-dated and mislabeled products
Coordinate inbound and outbound dunnage loads
Assist in invoice management and purchase order reconciliation
Comply with internal control requirements and product quality guidelines
Manage warehouse traceability and quality hold processes
Collaborate with carriers for scheduling

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of warehouse or inventory experience
Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel, and Word
Attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills
