Job Description

Join the team at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company as a Warehouse Lead in Wichita, KS. The Warehouse Lead works with the Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse activities effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Work with the warehouse supervisor to execute daily warehouse action plans.
Lead daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe and successful completion of all operations.
Train and coach warehouse team members.
Operate industrial power equipment to restock and replenish products.
Maintain clean work area in compliance with company, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of one year of work experience required.
Background in warehouse and inventory control fundamentals.
Experience in a leadership role preferred.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
Prior experience using forklift and powered rider pallet jack preferred.
Basic computer application and technology skills.
