Responsibilities

Administer a broad range of Human Resources plans and procedures for all company associates
Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in all Human Resources functions
Support and enforce all company policies and applicable laws, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance
Perform a broad range of employee relations duties including counseling, guiding, and training managers
Support and administer training, safety, and workers' compensation programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Ten or more years of direct progressive experience in HR
Professional HR certification preferred
Valid driver's license required
Willingness to travel to other company locations required
