Job Description

Join Noble Gas Solutions as a Customer Service Representative in Albany, NY and be a part of a customer-focused team.

Responsibilities

Process incoming customer orders via phone and email.
Solicit sales from customers in-store and by phone.
Handle credit memos for returned goods, defective products, and pricing errors.
Assist customers in identifying product needs or applications and locating merchandise.
Using the ERP system research and resolve customer issues and concerns.
Wrap, bag purchases, and assist customers with loading merchandise into vehicles.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to successfully operate in a multi-task oriented environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated, ability to set and achieve personal goals and objectives
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and/or move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment
