Job Description

Join Net at Work as a Service Desk Shift Lead to provide excellent technical support to clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead a team, provide technical guidance, prioritize tickets, mentor team members, ensure KPIs are met, assist in incident management, and collaborate with the leadership team to improve processes.

Qualifications

2+ years in Managed Services Provider field, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS, basic networking skills, experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, and ability to manage major incidents.
