Job Description

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and implementing global HR policies and programs that align with the company's goals and enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
Implement HR initiatives for merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and organizational alignment
Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract, select, and retain top talent

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred
10+ years of experience working in HR management
High proficiency in MS Office products
Professional HR Certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
