Responsibilities

Optimize caregiver schedules for full coverage and efficiency
Introduce yourself to new clients and caregivers as the Reliant Scheduling Coordinator
Schedule new clients and ensure quality care
Handle emergency calls and resolve issues effectively
Communicate scheduling changes accurately to all parties
Report changes in client status daily

Qualifications

Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to client homes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in caregiving or healthcare scheduling preferred
Proficiency with scheduling software and messaging platforms
