Job Description

Join Bimbo Bakeries USA, the largest baking company in the world, as a Human Relations Generalist. This role involves supporting the bakery, bakery leadership, local leadership, and hourly associates on three shifts.

Responsibilities

This position requires travel to multiple plants or locations.
Act as a Change Agent and Business Partner to Plant Managers.
Assist in managing headcount, turnover, and HR invoice processing.
Conduct new associate orientation sessions and other HR training programs.
Administer annual Benefits Open Enrollment Process and other associate programs.
Assist in developing effective associate relations programs and administer rewards & recognition.
Act as the HR point of contact for recruiting salaried and hourly positions.
Create, deliver, and manage an annual hourly staffing plan.
Own and drive the talent management process for the plants.
Administer and interpret company Policies and CBA's.
Manage monthly HRIS audits and Requisitions.
Assist and support all HR activities as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Labor Relations experience highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to be coachable and trainable for cross-training.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated multi-tasking and project management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate business acumen and decision-making skills.
