Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status.
  • Develop and execute sales plans leveraging data and technology.
  • Bring your authentic self to work every day as part of an extraordinary organization.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
  • 6 months experience in leading and influencing others.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
