Peraton is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Capital Data Analyst to support a critical National Security program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing workforce data, building data visualizations, and providing analytic support for various human capital initiatives.
Analyze workforce data, including metrics related to hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility. Build and modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other analytical products. Assist in the development and maintenance of position description libraries. Administer and manage relational databases. Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets. Support survey design and execution. Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts. Manage HR data and conduct thorough analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making processes.
BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or MA/MS degree and 6+ years of experience. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required. Prior experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC). Proficiency in Tableau and MS Office tools. Familiarity with additional tools is preferred.
