Job Description

EnerSys is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform in-shop and field service work, focusing on installing equipment, resolving technical problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and perform maintenance on customer's equipment
Provide training on equipment operations
Conduct Preventative Maintenance inspections
Replace defective parts and record data
Communicate effectively with customers

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic mechanical aptitude
Customer service experience
Ability to travel to customer sites
