Responsibilities

Assign work tasks to warehouse staff based on customer specifications
Monitor shipment quality and accuracy
Ensure department staff meets customer requirements and is trained on any changes
Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries
Oversee employee safety, training, and development
Manage computer data entry and approve timesheets for weekly payroll
Perform building checks and equipment maintenance
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and guidelines
Handle accident reporting and emergency actions
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in co-pack industry
2 years experience in warehouse environment
Experience with WMS software, preferably Synapse
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database
