Job Description

AutoZone's Part-Time Shift Supervisors will assist the Store Manager with leading company initiatives, training high performing AutoZoners, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervising, training, and developing store personnel
Assuming responsibility for store operations in absence of Store Manager
Managing commercial department and ensuring deliveries are made as promised
Operating cash registers and following cash handling procedures
Maintaining a safe working environment and implementing safety practices

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
ASE Certified preferred
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
