Job Description

Join AutoZone as a Manager in Training (MIT) in Hidalgo, TX. This role provides work assignments and training opportunities to prepare MITs for Retail/Commercial Store Management positions.

Responsibilities

Manage overall store retail/commercial operations
Supervise and implement store policies
Financial management including monthly P&L analysis
Employee staffing, training, and development
Inventory management and customer service leadership

Qualifications

1-2 years of retail management experience
Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
Bilingual preferred
Previous automotive experience a plus
