Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist at Champion Window. You will be responsible for addressing customer support concerns, scheduling warranty appointments, ordering parts, and maintaining customer records during the installation and service process.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer support concerns via phone, text, and email. Make outbound calls to provide updates on service status. Schedule warranty appointments. Maintain customer records in the CRM Database. Provide support for PSG/CSC and more.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 5 years of customer support experience preferred. Service-oriented team player with high energy. Excellent communication skills. Experience in home improvement industry a plus.
