Job Description

The Sales Floor Department Supervisor at TownTasks is responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide resources and tools to support customer service.
  • Assist with down stocking, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
  • Monitor store power equipment usage and coach employees on safety.
  • Lead and coach associates, delegate tasks, manage performance, and ensure department coverage.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of retail experience or 5 years in a retail environment.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience providing direction or supervision to teams.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure as required.
