Job Description

AIH Laboratory is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, preparing invoices, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
Oversee growth and productivity at the Louisville location
Prepare and send invoices via Quickbooks
Ensure timely payment of office vendor bills
Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

2+ years experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
Previous accounts payable/receivables experience
Strong work ethic and understanding of confidentiality
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
