Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance hiring effectiveness.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on digital sales recruiting.
Proven success in hiring high-performing sales professionals within SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketplace environments.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions at all levels.
Experience leveraging recruitment tech and tools, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM systems.
A data-driven approach to refine recruiting strategies.
Ability to navigate a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
