Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for running day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient operations and a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
Lead staff and build a strong team
Coordinate workflow and assign employees
Hire and train employees
Document employee performance and conduct reviews
Follow up on orders and correct errors
Communicate with different departments
Organize pick locations for efficiency
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five years experience in distribution operations
Strong computer skills including WMS and shipping systems
