Job Description

Join Anton Paar USA, Inc. as a Field Service Manager in Houston, TX. Manage the field service team to deliver outstanding customer service for high-precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

Managing the field service team, including personnel decisions, performance appraisals, and training requirements
Monitoring metrics including MTBF, MTTR, revenue/head, profit margins, etc.
Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards, and ISO 17025 requirements
Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses
Travel with Field Service Team (up to 40%, including overnight)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
3 years of management/leadership experience and 3 years of experience in a technical services environment
Strong customer service skills
Valid driver's license and passport
