Job Description

Join The Chefs' Warehouse as a Night Picker to receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments. Be part of a team that provides exceptional quality and brand building in food service distribution.

Responsibilities

Read production schedule, customer order, work order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas.
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence.
Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distribute to production workers.
Assemble customer orders and prepare for shipping.
Weigh or count items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Use a computer to enter records.
Drive vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or pick up items from several locations for shipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to three months related experience and/or training.
Ability to follow instructions and perform duties as assigned.
