Resolve and input provider/client requests into tracking system according to established guidelines. Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards. Identify process improvements and maintain a cooperative attitude.
Minimum high school diploma or GED. 1 year of customer service experience. Previous call center experience desired. Knowledge of medical terminology. Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
