TownTasks is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a team at a McDonald's Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant business and a desire for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

Hiring, staffing, and training
Ensuring food safety and guest satisfaction
Managing systems and operations
Developing and leading a team of 50 crew and managers

Qualifications

1+ year experience as a GM or 2-3 years as an AGM
Restaurant or hospitality experience
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
