The Client Experience Specialist manages all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions to create a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents. Identify and manage contractual dates and deadlines. Coordinate all transaction details. Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.
Minimum of 2 years Real Estate/mortgage/title administration/transaction coordination experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
