Job Description

Stanton Optical is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in Marietta, Georgia, who will support the Sales Manager and Brand Manager in driving sales performance and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Drive sales to exceed personal and store revenue goals
Support training, coaching, and development of retail associates
Analyze reports to ensure staff is achieving goals
Resolve customer issues and increase satisfaction
Execute customer repairs and ensure accurate delivery of orders

Qualifications

1+ year of retail management experience
Experience in a secondary leadership role or managing sales teams
Outstanding sales performance history
Effective communication and multitasking skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
