Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager at Stanton Optical, you will support the Sales Manager and Brand Manager in driving sales performance within a team environment. You will assist customers with issues, maintain a positive attitude, and work towards achieving the highest quality customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Drive sales to exceed personal and store revenue goals
Support training, coaching, and development of retail associates
Analyze reports to ensure staff members achieve desired goals
Resolve customer issues and increase satisfaction
Execute simple customer repairs and assemble lenses into frames
Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area
Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail management experience
Experience in a secondary leadership role or managed small sales teams
Demonstrated outstanding sales performance
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible in a team environment
Effective communication skills
