Job Description

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Follow-Up Representative at Integra Connect, a value-based precision medicine company dedicated to helping specialty care providers succeed both clinically and financially through technology and services.

Responsibilities

Review eligibility and verify insurance benefits to generate clean claims.
Re-bill rejected/denied claims with appropriate insurance carrier information.
Process claims status checks and appeals.
Recoding claims with proper codes and modifiers.
Update insurance claims as needed.
Document trip status in billing system for appeals process.
Work collaboratively and demonstrate competency and commitment.
Continuously learn and enhance personal skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum one year of medical billing experience.
Knowledge of medical transportation processes and terminology.
Proficiency in ICD-9 coding, condition codes, and procedure codes.
Understanding of HIPAA requirements and internal compliance guidelines.
