Job Description

TKO Group Holdings is seeking an experienced Manager, U.S. Benefits to oversee and manage the administration of all U.S. employee benefits programs. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing day-to-day operations, and providing expert guidance to employees on benefits-related matters.

Responsibilities

Manage and administer U.S. employee benefits programs
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Engage with benefits vendors and external partners
Lead open enrollment campaigns and employee communication
Assist in budget management and collaborate with HR team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years of benefits administration experience
Knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and best practices
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in benefits administration software
