LA based architect seeking part-time ArchiCAD designer drafter to assist with all phases of commercial and residential projects. Fully remote role with the potential to grow over time.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work on multiple projects from design to construction phases. Tasks include preparing as-builts, modeling schematic design options, detailing, and preparing construction documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Minimum 3 years of professional ArchiCAD experience
Minimum 3 years of technical experience in architectural drawing sets
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
