Responsibilities

Role models customer experience practices
Supports positive store culture
Rings purchases/returns accurately
Promotes credit and loyalty programs
Maintains merchandising standards
Processes merchandise for sales floor
Participates in store recovery
Maintains cleanliness standards
Provides and accepts feedback
Adheres to policies and procedures
Supports store shrink reduction goals
Participates in safety awareness
Performs other assigned duties

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Flexible schedule availability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Capable of multi-tasking
Able to lift heavy objects
Retail experience preferred
