Beyond Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in financial hardship programs. This role involves providing compassionate customer service and guiding clients through their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a helpful and caring customer service experience for clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience
