Job Description

Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, recording, storing, and transferring inventory in a warehouse setting. This role involves conducting physical inventory, replenishing stock, and collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient warehouse practices.

Responsibilities

Receive and record new inventory
Conduct physical inventory and reconcile differences
Replenish stock as needed
Ensure correct storage of stock
Perform small engine or equipment repair
Transfer inventory to trucks for delivery
Coordinate inventory transfers between departments
Develop strategic plans to increase warehouse efficiency
Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions
Enforce safety policies
Maintain accurate inventory records
Manage equipment maintenance processes

Qualifications

Small engine repair/maintenance experience
Valid Driver's License
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
Organizational skills
Proficiency with inventory software
